Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

1. Digital Product Only

NerveMind AI Browser is a 100% digital application delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped or mailed. All purchases are fulfilled through your verified NerveMind AI account managed by KeyMatrix Solutions (India).

2. Delivery Method

  • After successful signup or plan purchase, download links appear instantly inside your dashboard.
  • Installers are also sent to your registered email for quick access.
  • Token balances, Pro / Pro+ features, and usage limits activate within your account automatically.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is immediate (within a few seconds). If payment processing or verification takes longer, allow up to 15 minutes. Access still remains digital only.

4. Download & Access Issues

If you cannot access the installer or subscription features, please:

  1. Verify you are logged in using the same email used at purchase.
  2. Check spam/promotions folders for confirmation emails.
  3. Retry the download from the dashboard > Download Browser.
  4. Contact support within 24 hours so we can confirm activation.

5. Failed / Delayed Delivery

In rare cases of payment gateway delays, your purchase may show as "processing." Once the gateway clears the transaction, access is granted automatically. If it takes longer than 24 hours, contact us with payment proof, and we will manually activate or refund per the refund policy.

6. Account Security

Digital delivery means your credentials are the "shipping destination." Keep your account secure by not sharing passwords and by enabling device-level protections. We are not responsible for access loss caused by credential sharing or compromised devices.

7. No Physical Shipping Costs

There are no shipping fees, import duties, or customs charges because all products are delivered digitally.
