1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your NerveMind AI subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Methods:
- Online: Login to your Dashboard ? Subscription ? Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send cancellation request to support@nervemindai.com
- Support: Contact our support team for assistance
2. When Does Cancellation Take Effect?
Your cancellation will be processed immediately, but:
- You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period expires
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
- Unused tokens in your paid plan will be forfeited
Example: If you cancel on January 15th and your billing cycle ends on January 31st, your pro access will be removed at the same time.
3. What Happens After Cancellation?
- Account Status: Your account remains active but downgrades to Free plan
- Data: All your browsing history and settings remain saved locally
- Tokens: Monthly tokens stop; you keep your one-time free allocation (if unused)
- Features: Access to Pro/Premium features is removed
- Re-activation: You can re-subscribe anytime with full access restored
4. Refunds and Cancellation
?? IMPORTANT: Cancellations DO NOT automatically include refunds!
NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS
- Digital Product: All sales are final - no refunds under any circumstances
- Cancellation ? Refund: Cancelling only stops future charges
- Access Continues: You keep access until your paid period expires
- Billing Errors Only: Refunds issued ONLY for duplicate/incorrect charges
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
All subscriptions auto-renew by default. To avoid being charged for the next period:
- Cancel before your renewal date
- You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before renewal
6. Cancellation Confirmation
After cancelling, you will receive:
- Immediate confirmation email
- Details of when access will end
- Instructions for re-subscribing if needed
- Feedback survey (optional)
7. Reactivating After Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime:
- Go to Pricing Page
- Select your preferred plan
- Complete payment
- Access restored immediately
8. Data Retention After Cancellation
We retain your account and data as follows:
- Account Info: Kept indefinitely (you can delete it manually)
- Browsing History: Stored locally on your device (not affected)
- Payment History: Retained for legal/tax purposes (minimum 7 years)
- Subscription Records: Kept for account recovery purposes
9. Account Deletion vs Cancellation
Cancellation ? Account Deletion:
- Cancellation: Stops subscription, keeps account active (Free plan)
- Account Deletion: Permanently removes all data (irreversible)
To delete your account entirely, contact support@nervemindai.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"
