1. GDPR Compliance (EU / EEA Users)

If you reside in the European Union or the European Economic Area, your rights are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). NerveMind AI Browser and KeyMatrix Solutions honor these rights as follows:

Your GDPR Rights

  • Right of Access: Request any personal data stored locally or voluntarily provided.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of locally stored data at any time.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Ask us to limit how data is processed.
  • Right to Data Portability: Export available data in a readable, portable format.
  • Right to Object: Object to any form of data processing, including cloud AI features.
  • Right Against Automated Decisions: Our AI does not make automated decisions with legal or significant effects.

For users in India, NerveMind AI adheres to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).

By using the browser you consent to local processing, and optional cloud processing when you enable it manually. We do not collect, store, process, or sell personal data by default.

Data Breach Handling

Since we do not store personal data on our servers, breaches can occur only via third-party websites, compromised external services, or user/device vulnerabilities. NerveMind AI is not liable for such events.

3. Global Privacy Compliance Statement

NerveMind AI and KeyMatrix Solutions follow the major international privacy frameworks listed below:

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is the official licensing contract for the NerveMind AI Browser. By installing, accessing, or using the Software you agree to every clause below. If you do not agree, uninstall and discontinue use immediately.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: Use of the Software constitutes acceptance of this EULA.
  2. License Grant: KeyMatrix Solutions grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use-only license.
  3. Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass security, redistribute without written permission, engage in harmful or illegal activity, or claim ownership.
  4. Ownership: NerveMind AI and its components remain the intellectual property of KeyMatrix Solutions. Open-source libraries remain under their respective licenses.
  5. AI & Automation Disclaimer: AI features may generate inaccurate, biased, or incomplete information, misinterpret queries, misread webpages, or fail unpredictably. You must independently verify all AI output.
  6. User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your browsing activity, websites visited, content consumed, data shared, and any consequences. KeyMatrix Solutions cannot control external sites or services.
  7. Data Privacy: Most processing occurs locally. Cloud AI is optional and opt-in. External services such as search engines or AI APIs have their own privacy policies.
  8. Security: No system is completely secure. Users must protect their device and network environment.
  9. Limitation of Liability: NerveMind AI and KeyMatrix Solutions are not responsible or liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or personal harm arising from user actions, decisions, or reliance on the browser. If you feel unsafe, distressed, or believe your privacy is compromised, stop using and uninstall the Software.
  10. No Warranty: The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind.
  11. Termination: We may terminate your license for misuse, violation of terms, illegal activities, or harmful behavior.
  12. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by Indian law unless another jurisdiction is legally required.
