Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard or by contacting support@nervemindai.com.

?? IMPORTANT: Cancellation does NOT equal refund!

  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access until the paid period expires
  • NO refunds for cancellations
  • NO partial refunds for unused time in the current cycle
  • Account downgrades to Free plan automatically

2. No Refund Policy - Digital Product

NerveMind AI is a digital software product. Once purchased and delivered, NO REFUNDS will be issued under ANY circumstances.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • All subscription purchases - Pro, Premium, any plan
  • All payment methods - Credit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.
  • All time periods - No 7-day window, no trial period refunds
  • Change of mind - Not eligible for refund
  • Technical issues - We will fix issues, but no refunds issued
  • Unused services - No partial refunds for unused time or tokens

Only Exception: Billing Errors

Refunds will ONLY be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges - Charged twice for same subscription
  • Wrong amount charged - Charged more than plan price
  • Unauthorized charges - Payment made without your consent

3. Why No Refunds?

As a digital software product with instant access, NerveMind AI subscriptions are non-refundable because:

  • Instant delivery - Product is delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Immediate access - You gain access to all features right away
  • Consumed services - AI tokens and features are used immediately
  • Digital nature - Cannot be "returned" like physical products
  • Industry standard - Common practice for digital software sales

All Sales Are Final: By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that NO REFUNDS will be provided. Please review our features and pricing carefully before subscribing.

4. Billing Error Refunds Only

The ONLY situations where refunds are issued:

  1. Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription
  2. Incorrect Amount: If you were charged more than the stated plan price
  3. Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

How to Report Billing Errors:

  1. Email: support@nervemindai.com
  2. Subject: "Billing Error - [Your Email]"
  3. Include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Payment/Order ID
    • Description of the error
    • Screenshots if applicable
  4. Response within 24 hours

5. Billing Error Refund Processing

For approved billing error refunds only:

  • Razorpay payments: 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit cards: 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days

Note: Processing times may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled:

  • Cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid charges
  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal
  • No refunds for forgotten cancellations after renewal

7. Free Plan - No Purchase Required

Before purchasing, try our Free plan:

  • 5,000 tokens - Granted once upon signup (no payment needed)
  • Test features - Try AI capabilities before subscribing
  • No commitment - Cancel anytime, never charged
  • Upgrade when ready - Switch to Pro/Premium for more tokens

8. Disputes and Chargebacks
