Q: What is NerveMind AI Browser?
A: NerveMind AI is the world's first AI-native web browser with 33 intelligent features built directly into the browsing experience. It integrates LLM, and other AI technologies to provide smart chat, image generation, content analysis, and more - all while you browse.
Q: How is NerveMind different from Chrome or other browsers?
A: Unlike traditional browsers, NerveMind has AI capabilities built-in, not as extensions. You get instant AI assistance, image generation, content analysis, fact-checking, and smart search without opening new tabs or switching to external tools.
Q: Is NerveMind really free?
A: Yes! The Free plan includes 5,000 AI tokens (one-time allocation) with access to all 33 features. Paid plans (Pro $20/mo, Pro+ $60/mo) offer more tokens and monthly renewals.
Q: What platforms does NerveMind support?
A: Currently available for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux versions are in development. Mobile apps (iOS & Android) coming soon.
Account & Subscription
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click 'Sign Up' on our homepage, enter your email and password, and you're done! You'll immediately receive 5,000 free AI tokens to start using all features.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, cancel anytime from your Dashboard. However, NO REFUNDS are issued - this is a digital product with all sales final. Your access continues until the end of your paid period, then downgrades to Free plan.
Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
A: Your subscription stops renewing, but you keep access until the current billing period ends. After that, you're automatically moved to the Free plan. NO refunds are provided for the remaining time.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: NO. All sales are final. NerveMind is a digital product, and once purchased, NO REFUNDS are issued under any circumstances. The only exception is billing errors (duplicate charges, wrong amounts).
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
A: Yes! Upgrade from Dashboard ? takes effect immediately. Downgrade by cancelling current plan and subscribing to a different one at next billing cycle.
AI Features & Tokens
Q: What are AI tokens and how do they work?
A: Tokens are units that power AI features. Different features use different amounts: Smart Chat (50-200 per message), Image Generation (500 per image), Summaries (100 per page). Free plan gets 5,000 one-time tokens. Paid plans get monthly renewals.
Q: What AI features are included?
A: 33 features including: Smart Chat, Image Generation, Content Summarization, Fact Checking, Translation, Code Assistant, PDF Analysis, Email Writer, Tab Organizer, Privacy Shield, Ad Blocker, and 22 more!
Q: How accurate is the AI?
A: AI is powerful but not perfect. Always verify important information. AI can make mistakes, be outdated, or misunderstand context. Never rely solely on AI for medical, legal, or financial decisions. See our Disclaimer for details.
Q: Can I use my own AI API keys?
A: No. We do not use any third-party AI services.
Q: What happens when I run out of tokens?
A: Free plan: No more AI features until you upgrade. Pro/Pro+: Tokens reset monthly on your billing date. You can also purchase additional token packs.
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my browsing data private?
A: YES! Your browsing history is stored LOCALLY on your device by default. We don't track, sell, or share your browsing data. Only authentication and subscription info is stored on our servers.
Q: What data do you collect?
A: We collect: Email, subscription details, payment info (via Razorpay), and anonymized AI usage stats. We DO NOT collect: browsing history, search queries, personal content, or sell any data.
Q: Are my AI conversations private?
A: AI queries are sent to our own AI models for processing. We anonymize queries before sending. Our own AI models have their own privacy policies. For maximum privacy, use local AI models (Pro+ feature).
Q: Do you track me or sell my data?
A: NO. We don't track your browsing. We don't sell data. We don't share with advertisers. Your data is yours. Period.
Payments & Billing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets via Razorpay. All payments are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Q: When am I charged?
A: Subscriptions are charged monthly on your signup date. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal. Charges auto-renew unless cancelled.
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: NO. All sales are final. NerveMind is a digital product - once purchased, NO REFUNDS are issued. We recommend trying the Free plan (5,000 tokens) before subscribing.
Q: What if I'm charged incorrectly?
A: Contact support@nervemindai.com immediately. We'll fix billing errors (duplicate charges, wrong amounts, unauthorized payments) and issue refunds for those specific cases only.
Q: How do I update my payment method?
A: Go to Dashboard ? Subscription ? Update Payment Method. Or contact support for assistance.
Technical Support
Q: The browser won't install. What should I do?
A: Try: 1) Run as administrator, 2) Disable antivirus temporarily, 3) Download fresh installer, 4) Check Windows 10/11 requirement. Still stuck? Email support@nervemindai.com with error details.
Q: AI features aren't working. Why?
A: Check: 1) Internet connection, 2) Token balance (Dashboard), 3) Subscription status. If all looks good, try restarting browser. Still broken? Contact support@nervemindai.com.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Go to Login page ? 'Forgot password?' ? Enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link (check backend console in development, email in production). Link expires in 1 hour.
Q: The browser is slow. How can I fix it?
A: Try: 1) Clear cache (Settings ? Privacy), 2) Close unused tabs, 3) Disable unnecessary AI features, 4) Check your internet speed, 5) Update to latest version.
Q: Can I import bookmarks from my old browser?
A: Yes! Settings ? Import Data ? Select your previous browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Bookmarks, history, and passwords can be imported.
Account Management
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Dashboard ? Account Settings ? Cancel Subscription (stops billing). To DELETE your account entirely: Dashboard ? Delete Account button. WARNING: Deletion is permanent and you cannot use the browser afterward.
Q: What happens if I delete my account?
A: ALL your data is permanently deleted: account, subscriptions, tokens, payment history. You will NOT be able to use NerveMind Browser anymore. This action CANNOT be undone. You'll need to create a new account to use the browser again.
Q: Can I change my email address?
A: Currently not supported. Contact support@nervemindai.com if you need to change your registered email.
Q: How do I download my data?
A: Your browsing data is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings ? Privacy ? Export Data to save your history, bookmarks, and settings.
Features & Usage
Q: How do I use Smart Chat?
A: Click the AI icon in sidebar or press Ctrl+Shift+A. Type your question and get GPT-4 powered answers. Chat understands context from the page you're viewing.
Q: How do I generate images?
A: Open AI sidebar ? Image Generation tab ? Describe what you want ? Generate. Powered by DALL-E 3. Each image costs ~500 tokens.
Q: Can I use AI offline?
A: No. AI features require internet connection to access our own AI models. Basic browsing works offline with cached pages.
Q: Is there a mobile app?
A: Not yet, but iOS and Android apps are in development. For now, use desktop (Windows) version. macOS and Linux coming soon.
